Hi all, we are a small online based bakery focusing on chocolate cakes. Two years ago we started to bake all kinds of desserts using fine chocolates whether it's single-origin, single estate or premium imported blend chocolate products. To keep the story short, as a home baker, we have failed countless time in getting things right in baking using chocolate ingredients. The worst part is not only about burning money from the expensive ingredients, but It's also about we have to eat the failed products because we don't want to waste it. Finally, it came to success. There are many chocolate desserts that we want to share with you. 

Bayker.co was born with a very simple goal - As a start, to share our version of simple no-frills chocolate cake, with behind the scene having complex baking process down to precise temperature measurement in certain steps. There are many skills and knowledge involved in baking a perfect chocolate cake, be it emulsifying the chocolate ganache, perfecting the flavour profile, up to fine lining a border between eating a cake and chocolate. This is no ordinary chocolate cake.
